Return Policy
At Liberty Bell Wholesale & Retail, we sell everything—food, cleaning supplies, household goods, and more. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, with very limited exceptions.
1. Return Eligibility (Very Limited)
We only accept returns for:
A. Damaged or Defective Non-Food Items: Must be reported within 48 hours with photo or video proof and proof of purchase.
B. Incorrect Item Received (Non-Food Items Only): Must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence. Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- All food items (NO RETURNS ON FOOD)
- Opened or used items
- Items without original packaging
- Opened cleaning chemicals
- Personal care items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Any item returned without prior approval
3. Return Authorization Required
Do not send items back without a Return Authorization (RA). Unauthorized returns will be refused, and no refund or credit will be issued.
4. Refunds & Credits
Approved returns (non-food items only):
- Refunds issued as store credit only
- Shipping/handling fees are non-refundable
- Customer pays return shipping
- Credit issued after inspection and approval
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available if the wrong non-food item was received.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. All sales are final.
7. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Liberty Bell Wholesale & Retail, customers agree to this Return Policy and confirm their order information is correct.
